Survey
On-site 3D laser scanning using terrestrial LiDAR. Or we work directly from your supplied point cloud (E57, RCS, LAS, RCP).
Model
Your point cloud becomes a precise Revit BIM model or 2D CAD drawing set — built to your exact LOD and discipline specification.
Deliver
Quality-checked, coordinated, CDE-ready files. Formats: RVT, DWG, IFC, PDF, E57 — whatever your workflow requires.

LOD (Level of Development) in BIM defines how much geometric and information detail is included in a model element, ranging from LOD 100 (concept massing) to LOD 500 (as-built verified). LOD 300 represents construction-level detail suitable for coordination; LOD 400 includes fabrication and assembly information. Nima Recotecture Design delivers LOD 100 through 400 and can define LOI parameters to meet your facility management requirements.

Yes. If you already have a point cloud in E57, RCS, LAS, RCP or another common format, Nima Recotecture Design can work directly from your data without on-site scanning. This reduces cost and turnaround time significantly. Share the files and a brief, and a formal quote will be provided.

Primary BIM authoring is in Autodesk Revit with point cloud processing in RealityCapture, ReCap and 3D Reshaper.
