Here is a selection of BIM and Revit modelling projects I completed between 2019–2025. These case studies showcase a range of as-built modelling, scan-to-BIM workflows, and point cloud to Revit deliveries across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Multi-stage modelling of both pre-demolition and post-demolition conditions.
Delivered complete architectural, structural, and MEP Revit models from laser scan data.
Coordinated closely with stakeholders for design, maintenance, and planning uses.
Produced a high-accuracy as-built model for a heritage library featuring ornate ceilings and complex geometry, using advanced mesh processing techniques.
Modelled over 20,000 elements, including mesh-based space frame structures and tent roofing.
Overcame significant geometric complexity in this high-sensitivity scan-to-BIM project.
Produced detailed industrial models with extensive piping systems, MEP elements, and steel structures.
Achieved high accuracy for prefabrication and phased installation.
Modelled mesh surface and facade geometry with 3mm accuracy tolerance.
Modelled facade and structural systems for restoration purposes
Built a full-depth Revit model of a 30-metre-deep vertical shaft and surrounding MEP services.
Model used to support prefabrication and logistical planning of underground installations.
Developed a complete as-built Revit model for a healthcare refurbishment project.
Produced architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models for a public leisure facility.
The above projects were completed during my time at Terra Measurement Limited. I was responsible for carrying out all Revit modelling. No proprietary or confidential information is shared.
